Are these real custom-coded websites?

Yes. Every page is written by hand. We're not dropping your logo into a Squarespace template and calling it custom. If you can describe what you want, we can build it.

What does a website actually cost?

The floor is $500 up front and $100 a month, and that gets you a single landing page. One page, built for you and good to look at, not a template with your logo on it. The $100 covers hosting and a change a month. From there it depends what you need: more pages, a chat bot, a shop, a booking system. Tell us your budget and we'll tell you honestly what fits inside it before you agree to anything.

Will you help people find me on Google?

Yes, and we keep at it after launch. We track the words people type to find a business like yours, write the title and description Google shows in the results, keep your sitemap accurate so Google can find every page, and hold your Lighthouse scores up. Nobody can promise you the number one spot. We can promise the site itself is not what is holding you back.

Do I own it, or am I locked into a contract?

You own the domain, content, accounts, and finished website. Ongoing support is month-to-month with no long-term maintenance contract, so you stay because the service works, not because we hold the keys.

How many changes do I get?

Accepted Answer

On the $500 single landing page, one a month. On the full site, one a week. On the works, as many as you want. Send us the new photo, price, or wording and it's done within 48 hours, usually the same day. Bigger jobs get a timeline before we start.

How does the chat bot actually work?

We build it on your business, not on a generic script. We put together a database of everything a customer might ask about: your services, prices, hours, policies, the questions you get asked ten times a week. The bot answers from that, so it's never making things up about you. It runs on your site day and night, and when it can't answer something it hands the person to you instead of guessing.

What kinds of apps can you build?

Client portals, online shops, booking systems, dashboards, internal tools. We also build automations for the jobs you keep doing by hand, and AI agents that can answer questions, sort enquiries, or chase the follow-ups nobody has time for. For real estate we can connect live MLS property search if you have the data access. If you can explain the idea, we can price the build.
